Processing Time:
All Personalized Sets are made to order. Please allow for 3-5 business days to process.Shipping Times:
Canada (domestic) : 1-3 Weeks
US & International: 2-6 Weeks
We offer two types of shipping:
- UNTRACKED (Flat Letter Mail via Canada Post)
- TRACKED (Chit Chats or Stallion Express)
Details on UNTRACKED shipping:
We WILL NOT replace or refund lost untracked orders!!We both CANNOT see the progress of the order delivery, we HIGHLY RECOMMEND you select TRACKED SHIPPING for larger orders :)
If you email asking where your order is or how long it will be until you receive your order, the best we can do is give a rough estimate (above)
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address entered at checkout, we can either:
- send out the order once more at no charge (if the order is returned a second time we will not be able to do option 1 again)
- refund the order amount minus shipping cost
Returns
Please note that all items are final sale and we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Damages and Issues

Customs, Duties, Import Taxes
All orders shipped outside of Canada may have duties and taxes imposed by the carrier and government of the receiving country
Buyer is responsible for duties, fees and taxes imposed
We are not responsible for delays due to customs
WE NO LONGER SHIP TO THE UK OR EU DUE TO THE VAT TAX! If you are a UK or EU customer, you can still order on our Etsy HERE!
